How I Started Cutting Without Killing Myself
My fitness journey started a long time ago. I took this picture thinking it would be my "before" picture. To accomplish the "after" part, I was running, doing random weightlifitng workouts, and eating lots of red meat (double-burgers). It's more protein right? I didn't know what a calorie was.
