Welcome to Lazy Gains Club, where minimal effort gives you maximum gains.
We’ve found that real strength doesn’t require hours in the gym or an all-or-nothing mindset. Just the basics, done right, and consistently-ish.
After being professionally trained and narrowing down the essentials, Coach Mark Gaudette started seeing results he could maintain with ease. He began sharing what he’d learned and quickly saw others getting results too. But it wasn’t until years later, after consistently training with his partner, that he realized how much they genuinely loved getting strong together; while barely breaking a sweat in the gym. It had become simple, sustainable, and surprisingly effective, and they knew it was something worth sharing.
Lazy Gains Club was built around a lifestyle that fit seamlessly into everyday life. It’s more than just a way to look fit. It’s a long-term strategy for improving mobility, helping prevent age-related diseases, and supporting overall quality of life and health span. Build strength, lose unwanted body fat, and feel good in a way that’s actually sustainable.

Where are you located?South Jordan, Utah

How far are you willing to travel?Available within 30 miles of South Jordan, Utah. Travel accommodations and additional costs can be discussed as needed.

Do I need a gym membership?Not necessarily. The program is built around the Big 5 lifts, which are best done with gym equipment. We can suggest home modifications, but we don’t recommend skipping real equipment like a barbell.

How long are the workouts?An average workout is around 30 minutes. The actual working out only takes a few minutes, since most of your time will be spent resting between sets.

How soon will I see results?You'll notice some changes in just 6-8 weeks! It’s recommended to commit to 12 weeks of following the Lazy Gains Way to get maximum results. That gives you time to build habits, get stronger, and see how effective this simple approach can be. As you go, you’ll get feedback and increase your weight at the right pace, helping you master form and avoid setbacks.
